Hi Nopij, Per may tests of Excel for Mac in Sierra, the shortcut Command + Accent (`) still works to toggle between windows in the front app. Also, the default shortcut that will toggle formulas and values is Control + Accent. Since you can toggle between formulas and values by Command + Accent, you may go to System Preferences > Keyboards > Shortcuts to check if you have changed your shortcut settings in Mac. I have been using Boot Camp with Windows 7 Pro on a MacBookPro 2008 variety and, up onto the Intel Sandy Bridge/Haswell processors, it has been my fastest PC using Office.
