There was a learning curve in the beginning but after that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Originally I bought PDF Expert to study & archive periodicals but it has become an integral part of my iPad life: keeping all of my scanned bits of paper & recipes organized, filling out online forms, even doing creative projects.

(Have not made a form that has to be filled out - never had the need, so I can’t comment on this capability). I can fill out any form by entering text on the appropriate line even if it was not originally meant to be filled out online.

No worries since I can fix all those issues with PDF Expert. I love how fast I can rearrange and/or delete pages within the document. I could go on and onbut I think you get the message. Although I purchased the app through the Apple App Store.I did have to contact the Readdle Customer Service with a minor update question.

I had never heard of PDF Expert and was a little hesitant to purchase. However, since purchasing this program I have been amazed at what it can do and how easy it is to use! Not only does it do.not all.but a lot of what my expensive program did. It does it at a much lower cost. I don’t use all the PDF Expert’s bells and whistles that the other reviewers mention, but I do scan all my household documents and receipts and important emails. Sometimes I forget to include a page(s). It’s so easy to merge the page(s) into the master document.

I get several faxes a week (via eFax) these are PDF files and I can send directly to PDF expert, mark them, physically sign them (on screen) and re fax. I get PDF reports that I need to fill out, and this application makes it easy. Type or draw on the PDF document, then email the edited copy. It allows me to move pages in a PDF document (sometimes page 1 needs to be page 3 - easy to move).

If you’re one to obsess about getting positioning just right, you may become frustrated when manipulating the note. (On the plus side, the note text is rendered in Helvetica and not Marker Felt.) PDF Expert also boasts solid signature support, but we wish that we could insert a signature without the tap to hold gesture, which is hard, if not impossible, to do while holding the device with one hand. It is odd that clicking the signature icon in the toolbar is not how you insert a signature, but rather how you create signatures, making it a confusing icon to have persistent in the toolbar.

As I described above, PDFs are a part of my daily life. So, in testing this app, I grabbed one of the proofs we created for a client and did some test markups.

I have done everything from a factory reset to updating the firmware and deleting the app to restoring my iPad. It is a fight every time I try to load a tune or return to stock then try to reload a tune.
